Tom Clancy passed away. Good author. Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger.

I read those you listed and a bunch more. The guy was definitely talented and his work will be remembered.

He'll be missed. I've read nearly all his novels, but have been waiting for last December's book to come out in paperback. He has another, presumably his last, scheduled for release this December.

Best techno-thriller writer of all time. RIP Tom.

Another difference between you FP and Tom Clancy is that you're a successful troll who doesn't get paid for what you write, whereas Clancy is a professional writer who has made millions of dollars writing what you describe as drivel. That, and Clancy hasn't sold an insurance policy since 1985 or 86. So which of you is the more successful capitalist?
