Digs easily into the sand and pulled plugs out nicely due to the exterior vent. I have used other guns in the past and hated them because it felt like my spine was going to explode when trying to pull the sand plugs, I did not have this issue with fp's clam gun. My 14 y/o daughter dug it (pun intended) since she really didn't have to get on hands and knees to get at the clams and she could pull the sand plugs herself with ease.

I plan on purchasing another gun so we don't have to just share 1. Its worth the 85 bucks.

Only word of caution to you older and out of shape guys like me is your upper back and shoulders will be a bit sore the next day because it digs so easy you don't notice your getting a workout.

Save me one of those guns fp.

Been out of these diggers for a while now. Looks like I'm gonna get some stainless this week so I will have some finished tubes available for the next dig coming to a beach near you.

Probably be the last as my metal man is retiring soon. Sucks to be old.

These tubes are the best...always used a shovel and have tried many other tubes in the past but never liked the back break of them for I have a bad back. These tubes are clam killers I will never go back to a shovel...well worth the money .....Great tubes FP
