Has anyone got any information on the Queets? Some friends have suggested that I meet them there next weekend. Went to the regs. to look it up but it wasn't there. I've done most of my fishing on the Nooch, Kalama and Satsop. Getting too much company on the Nooch. Haven't fished the rivers on the Peninsula or in the park much. Is the Queets covered by rules/regs. for the national park or something? I assume we'd be encountering only nates and it would be C&R only. Are there some decent drifts that could be done by a rower with moderate experience or should I leave the boat at home?

I've got a copy of the Park reg.s here. The one's You need are, Steelhead-Queets below the Sams R. Feb. 1 to April 15th. Bait allowed. 1 hatchery or wild Steelhead but only 2 total from Feb.1 to April 15th. May continue to fish after daily or season limit killed but no additional fish may be kept. Have some fun. Please let wild fish go anyway, it's so easy!
