About a year ago I decided to write a fishing app for Windows Phone (8). I recently made Fish Ledger publically available for *free* and wanted to share it with the fishing community to see if anyone was interested in trying it out and give some feedback on what they like/didn’t like. Here is the app store description and link to the app itself:
Fish Ledger allows you to record all the fishing activities in great detail making it easier to figure out what has worked and where in the past. It allows you to record fishing trips and catches on a per trip basis. Details include:
• GPS location of where fish was caught
• Size of fish
• Method used to catch the fish
• Gear used to catch the fish
• Weather information
• Pictures of your trip and catch
Other awesome fishing features include:
• Create hotspots where the fish are and share with fishing buddies
• Share catches with fishing buddies (email, Facebook, SkyDrive)
• Compass and Speedometer
• Take awesome trip and catch pictures
• Go back and see what worked and when
• Buy fishing license online in all US states
• Set your favorite catch picture as the phone lock screen
