I scored only 52. Got a bit confused on some of the Justices. How did you do?

Mistook Alito and Kennedy, got the rest of the exam correctly. I obviously need to vote and protest more often (though I bet many people WILDLY over-report voting in off year elections)

Don't recognize SC justices by their photos. Missed 4.

Had trouble with several of the reference phrases. (but I see now that I got them all correct.)

I got 64, but that included getting all the judges right, and recognizing all of the historical documents...but I'm guessing that applicants might not have stuff I remember from law school in their thoughts when they take the test.

If they made that a "must pass to vote" test we'd have a lot less voter turnout than we have already, I bet. That was actually a pretty tough set of questions.

Fish on...

Well I'm pleased to say that I beat Todd, but then I have served in Viet Nam, and I my only tenure as an attorney was as a sea lawyer. I vote early and often. I watch the fox channel so therefore I aced the judge cartoon game.

But most importantly don't forget that the first liar doesn't stand a chance.

Got a 50 - on the plus side I left 3 of the Justices blank because I had no clue which ones those were. On the minus side, I only KNEW 4 or the 12 "match the reference with its meaning" but got all 12 right by reasoning them out, so I feel like I am a better test taker than Citizen.
