As if pre-ordained the NFC championship comes down to the Hawks and Niners at Century Link on Sunday. Similarly our contest has narrowed the field substantially and only three remain standing... Nick (who's been in front all season), Jerry, and Jaydee who's been closing on the leaders...

It's simple this week: Hawks are a 3.5 point favorite (3.0 in places, but 3.5 seems consensus), so if you pick HAWKS they need to win by 4 or more. Pick NINERS if you think they'll win, or lose by 3 or less...
Like last week, we'll do these by PM to allow entries to come in early without tipping your hand to the competition...
IMPORTANT: Also like last week, you'll need a tie-breaker which is your predicted outcome of the game (who wins, by how much)...
So a well formed entry will read like these examples:
HAWKS
Hawks by 8
-or-
NINERS
Hawks by 3
PM me your entry gents, and when I have them all I'll post to the thread before game time!

First, let me thank you for going way out of your way for creating & maintaining this contest. It was a blast and I've had a great time with all of good folks who participated. Good on ya bruddah! Lots of Karma headed your way...
That being, said - I would like to donate my winnings instead of drink em'. While a nice bottle sounds tempting, I think the funds could be put to a better purpose. With that, please donate the cost of a nice bottle of scotch / bourbon to Cast for Kids in Bob's & PP's name.

I'd like to point out that Richard Sherman stole Jaydee's prize with that final play. Not that Jaydee is probably unhappy, but this contest (and of course the Seahawks/Niners season) turned on that play.

I lost this thing when I picked against the 9ers matched up the to the then winless Bucs. Since I just picked against nick, mostly. Not as cool as nick's gesture, but was thinking a beverage of Hank's choice (coffee, 151, Drano, whatever) woulda been better off for making these posts a fun read. I don't need whiskey and as a former volunteer for cast for kids, cheers for nick.
