Sportco had them once. Might give them a try. Or there is a wholesale bait place in Gig Harbor. It's in the phone book, but I can't recall the name off the top of my head.

Ted's in Lynnwood has the vacuum packed large sardine fillets. I'm not sure if they still carry the whole ones or not. The pre-cut fillets they sell are perfect for wrapping Kwikfish if that's what you want them for.

Puget Sound Herring is the name of the wholesale bait place in my earlier post. I was also told today that sometimes Narrows Marina has them. I see that you're near Kenmore. Might want to try the ports around Seattle. They sell all kinds of crazy crap there.

Many of the Texaco stations in SW washington carry them. At least from Longview to the boarder. I get mine at woodland.
