Howdy,
Fred Meyer has decent sales on stuff like waders, reels, tubes ect. The selection of terminal gear is spread pretty thin,(with bass, salmon/steelhead,trout lures and klunky gizmos) but my favorite spoons have been there on a intermittent basis. I shop for groceries there after I check out if any good deals are available in the sporting goods.
Ted's is the place to get all the trick goods, aisle after aisle I'm like a kid again. Mike taught me how to make my own flyrod, I think I was 11. It was the most beautiful dark burgandy Lami,(fiberglass back then) then when the battery powering the rubber raft my boss and I were fishing rolled over on it, he had Ted's put a fix on it for me.
Outdoor Emporium and the sporting goods store behind the Chevron on the west side of I-5 on R.20(sorry I can't remember the name) Have real good selection also.

I buy stuff everywhere I find something that trips my fancy. I also buy alot of specialty items from bass catalogs for custom tackle. Mostly Swains and R&R marine for the drift gear basics. For fly stuff I really like Waters West in Downtown Port Angeles (good fishermen and nice guys)
Going to Teds was a real thrill when I was in my early teens. We would make a special trip from Port Angeles to buy sand shrimp because nobody carried them on the Peninsula. I still stop in there whenever I am in the area....not often enough. They still won't part with the RAY Bobbers. I did get a huge stash of old okies
Remember to support your local tackle stores so you will have the special lures and items when you need them. Walmarts and Sports Emporiums just don't cut it for specialties.
