Trying to figure out boundries for this fishery, as they pertain to the Duwamish. WDFW's map shows line fron pier 91 to Duwamish Head. Ok with that, but the regs also define the mouth of the Duwamish as the 1st Ave bridge. Does this mean I can fish the river north of 1st Ave? I gots no boat, won't take my float tube out in the bay, but I do know a few paths that will get me within casting distance of the river. Any thoughts?
