i don't have any salmon eggs to cure and i was wondering what brand of salmon eggs works best. is there a place where i can buy just plain salmon eggs?

I prefer coho eggs. The skiens should be tight and red colored. Make sure their fresh. You can get them in Taholah Fish House but it would be quite a drive. Expect to pay 4 to 5 dollars a pound due to the Japanese cavier market. If your interested call Dino at 360.276.4431
