just got back. talked to a few guys that talked to a fish checker and he told em that if the fish don't start showing good in the next few days that it may not be a good run. I thought it was going to be a good year but it's not looking good. a few fish rolling but nothing being caught.

I would agree.I have been keeping close tabs on the NASTY, and the run is far too small to hardly get a thing.
The loss of gear makes this river a skunk and then some. $$$$
A waste of time in my book for this season. Tightlines.

I was there yesterday from six am to 930 and got nothing. I counted 70 head of fisherpeople and only four fish landed. Saw about eight others roll. There should have been a bunch of fish caught with the rain and tides. I think maybe you're right.

Hey guys, I would just like to point out that the rivers pretty much suck all around right now for Kings. The skok has been the same way. I am praying that it is due to the fact that we have had such little rain this summer, and the Ocean conditions made the fish stay out longer. Otherwise this year is gonna be a disaster.

Hey Big Jim!
Where were you fishing? We tried the green can a few hours yesterday morning. We didn't see a single fish hooked. Where are they?

I was fishing below the Mounts Road bridge. I was going to go again this morning but my arm hurt. I wonder if my friend is to blame for no fish. Last week he landed 15 kings. The two weeks before they landed 19. Up to 28 pounds. They fished the can, mouth of Puyallup, and Dalco. I think they took them all. So they went to Ilwaco. Got a bunch there too. Must be how they hold their jaw.
