I'll still take a bad baseball game over most (and all NBA) basketball. I like the game, the result is almost immaterial. Plus, there will be Sounders games to attend and enjoy. Good summer fun.

Like a typical bandwagon homo, he will jump on the M's train when they go to the playoffs.
Probably start 85 useless threads about each player and how much he wishes he were them too.

After spending the last several years in the PNW, I've now come to appreciate and guard against the annual M's let-down / melt-down / suck-down or whatever you want to call it. I'm not gonna be fooled again this year. I will root for success of course, but said rooting will come with a serious dearth of hope for anything substantial or positive (like a simple playoff berth). Hope springs eternal, unless you are a delusional M's fanboy. F' that noise. Is it football season yet?

I love baseball.
Too bad the Meriners are the worst run franchise in MLB. I root for the Nationals to get to the WS leaving the Ms as the only team never to play in a WS. And thus making it official that they are indeed the worst run franchise in MLB.
Even then I'll have one ear on most every game. Never know when an opponent is going to hit for the cycle or throw a perfect game.
