I have seen all the available footage.

This is the reality of the situation; at no time were any threats made by the suspects in the truck and at no time was a firearm brandished.

Video evidence proves that the police shot at the truck spuratically as it was driving down the road, ( no legal justification for this). Video evidence proves that police from the road block position fired at the truck as it approached and right after it crashed (the shots on the trucks approach are not justified as the roadblock was unlawful). As soon as Finicum stepped out of the truck as he was raising his arms the first shot was fired which struck the passenger side window and punched a hole on the edge of the roof, then Finicum moved away from the truck where they possibly tased him and filled him full of lead.

Finicum was shot at even before he had the chance to reach for anything, his hands were half way up when the first shot went off.

None of this was justified and all illegal acts, the patriots had every legal right to shoot back in this case but they didnt.

I agree with your assessment Rich One thing that sticks out to me is watching the video taken inside the truck he is constantly saying 'shoot me.'

Just because he is saying "shoot me", does not mean that they can legally. I'm sure you know that... nobody said being a cop was easy.

Rich, exactly how was that roadblock unlawful? Are you saying the FBI and OSP cannot place a roadblock down the road from the site where the police had tried to stop Finicum, but he went around it and raced down the road until he encountered the roadblock that you're saying was somehow unlawful? That's a stretch.

When Finicum got out of his truck, he should have kept his hands raised. Moving a hand toward his open coat - and he was correctly suspected of carrying a hand gun - was a signal for police to shoot him, and justifiably so.

Tell me, why are you so intent on defending this lawbreaking whacko who got what he deserved, and got what he asked for?

The roadblock was at the termination of a blind corner. #whitelivesmatter

You cannot totally block the road, as it's considered deadly force, it creates "a fatal funnel". You can block half the road and spike strip the other half but you always need to Leave an option for the suspect. If you block the entire roadway you create a situation where an escalation is likely and leave yourself at the top of the " use of force pyrimid".

Once you block the entire roadway you have already decided you are going to use deadly force if the suspects do not comply. You have left the suspects with two choices, 1. Is to comply and stop. 2. Is to crash into the roadblock where officers have put themselves in harm's way, the only way for the officers to protect themselves at that point is to shoot at the vehicle. That is not SOP, it would only be justified if the suspects were considered so dangerous that allowing them to escape would put the pubic in iminent danger of loss of life.

These suspects were non violent, had not threatened anyone or harmed anyone. I don't think an escalation directly to deadly force was justified here. The arrest warrant nor did the suspects actions justify anything more than spike strips, not even less than lethal would have been justified. The suspects were passive resistive, and committed the crime of failure to yield, that's it..... There was nothing else, the warrant did not justify to start the escalation at a level above zero.

The reality is the FBI was not going to allow them to get into Grant County because they would have had no authority there.

Pokes like that don't bother me, they frustrate me a little because you have thick skulls and its hard getting through to you but I won't give up...

I mean look where I am at, "in the lion's den" it's more fun to try and convince people like you of the truth rather than to talk to people that see things the way I do.

I'm going to keep on going with this, I know I am getting close to you breaking when I am getting the type of insults that I am.

Too answer your question,, nope I do not receive disability payments.

I think that you really need to consider that you might be wrong about things.. Should it not worry you that I understand things and the working of things of which you have a very difficult time wrapping your head around. Connecting the dots is easy for me, "this" is simple comman sense as far as I'm concerned. I have seeked out the evidence evaluated it and made conclusions.

You guys are not going to win this one, you can't beat me...

This is probably the biggest challenge possible; it has taken you how ever long you have been alive to shape and form your "belief system" based on information and a reality you have been instructed on. My challenge is to feed you just enough information in order for you to start questioning some of your basic beliefs, which are the building blocks of how you perceive things and think.

Your resistance and overall hostility tells me things are going well.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I'll find this gnome for you but it ain't going to be easy. I value my neck a lot than $3000 bucks Chief. I'll find him for $3K, but I'll catch him and kill him, for $10K. For that you get the hat, beard, the whole gnome thing...
