damn orygun looks like a well oiled machine.
The 3 at the end could have been avoided
The game was over, the shot clock was winding down and Coach Altman told Dillon Brooks to shoot it.
Brooks was at almost half court when he hoisted up the shot.
The Ducks were essentially calling off the attack and turning the ball over to Duke for the last 6-7 seconds of the game.
The shot happened to go in.
In the meantime, Coach K had been going all Cam Newton for the last 2-3 minutes, slumping into his chair and abandoning hope.
He should have been on his feet directing his troops to harass, steal or foul.
The back story that hasn't been reported is that Dillon Brooks, whenever he gashed the Dookies would stare at the Duke bench (Coach K) as he was going back on defense.
The long shot at the end was just more salt in the wound for Coach K who demonstrated that he is a sore loser by lecturing Brooks in the handshake line.
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaab-the-...-062457455.htmlNot a Duke hater, but my respect for Coach K has fallen off a bit.
Fair to say that if Coach Altman lectured Grayson Allen about being a cheap-shot artist, Coach K would have something to say about the opposing coach lecturing HIS players.
Grayson Allen, how's that for a blue-blood name ? LOL
With all the buzz around Brooks and Cook, the stage is set for Dorsey, Boucher and the others to have good games today.
