did you know that the judicial system takes circumstantial evidence pretty seriously, it's admissable in a court of law or civil court for that matter. Cops can even legally violate your constitutional rigts based on circumstantial evidence IE; Terry vs Ohio. it has to do with "circumstances", time and proximity, past dealing and relationships, it's based on the premise that "if it walks like a Duc and talks like a duck, chances are that it is".
