I am planning on taking Tuesday the 10th off from work to fish. Any info between now and then on these rivers would be greatly appreciated.

I can only comment on the Nasty lots of fish all though the system kings and silvers ,color is typical Nisqually...ugly vis about a foot

Release all Wild Fish

Fished the Cow yesterday above the mouth of the Toutle. Put 2 in the boat, lost a third. Saw at least 15 other fish caught. Below the Toutle is blown out from the rains. It was lookin' pretty brown. Ditto what Os said about the Nisqually, lots o' fish but pretty silty. Use the right colors and you'll hook some fish.
