I vote for making gnome sayin a mod so this place gets real interesting.
Although it would seem that I have the necessary qualifications to be a mod, I'm a power-hungry, ego-maniacal, know-nothing know-it-all with an inflated sense of self importance and generally have a bad attitude to boot--however, I do nothing in moderation. I have documented proof on hand that I would literally be the worst moderator ever. If I were made mod, my first and only action would be to be to permaban myself.
I have better things to do than view the child porn, bestiality, scat porn, rapes, murders and other similar content that moderators have to purge from being spammed all over the internet on a daily basis. If you ever wondered why around the whole entire internet, is each and every moderator such a complete and total asshole? That's why. Plus a good amount of users of any one forum are idiots. GUARANTEED. So, dealing with idiots and the stupid problems they create, day in and day out, tends to start to suck after a while. So what you really need is a moderator to moderate the moderators, but then who moderaters the moderators' moderators. On

Moderating a website is basically the same thing as masturbating but with anal penetration involved, so it's just like autoerotic anal penetration.
