Obviously the city of Seattle created the homeless problem on purpose so they could demand more taxes and create infrastructure to manage the problem. No they didn't, you stupid fukhead. The mayor and the city do lots of stupid stuff, but your stupid retardness helps nothing. Fuk you, good luck. The Alaska natives found out about 40 years ago that Seattle gave out free drunk checks every month while enjoying a milder winter.

Exactly,,
You create an environment where there is lots of free help like medical a dry place too sleep when you want, free or cheap public transportation, free food, a beer check every month, cops are easy on drugs the homeless will come.

Seattle is the place the underprivileged go when the smaller cities cant handle them anymore... I'm good with that...
Bremerton had a real bad homeless problem about 4-5 years ago. they were living in every park, overpass, vacant lot and abandoned building. They were making bank on every corner of every intersection in the county... Once the city or county posted the RCW's that said panhandling on state right of ways is prohibited the police were empowered to run them off. hasn't been a problem since.
when I'm homeless, I plan on moving someplace warm with good fishing

I have talked to beggars around Port Townsend. They have told me that the average take on panhandling is approximately $45. Per hour. Believe it or not they actually split the day into shifts at the good intersections.
A pig farmer down the street from me has some RV,s on his place and has tried to have some homeless work for him for room and board. He tried it three times with always the same result; barely work, drunk and high all the time, disappear for days at a time on a binger, then calling him for a ride back once they had enough drugs, wine and gay sex. When he decides to try and kick them out they threaten legal action and call the cops on their I-phone paid for by DSHS. He had to legally evict the last ones. I told him he was a dumbass..
