Looks like I was right again.
Case dismissed with prejudice due to dirty cops and a dirty prosecution, who railroaded some innocent Americans and had them unlawfully held as political prisoners.

Many more plea deals to be overturned on appeal in the months to come.

What comes next? lawsuits with really big settlements.

Good.

Prosecutorial misconduct should result in charges being dropped with prejudice.

Of course, if I was a guy like you, I'd snivel like a bitch and yell "activist judge!!".

Dan,

The judge "Gloria Navarro" is one of them, an Obongo appointee who did everything she could to help the prosecution but even she could not polish that turd up enough to make it look legit.

Anyways, why do you call me a sniveling bitch? All I have ever done is tell the truth and make personal sacrifices to do the right thing. Because I told the truth I paid a big price. Does that make me a "sniveling bitch".

As far as I am concerned I am waiting for "good karma" to make its way back to me, because I phuckin deserve it.

I shouldn't have done that - apologies.

I didn't read that the case was dismissed with prejudice. I think the gov't can bring a new case if they get a new grand jury indictment. That might be a tall order after this screw up, but the basic tenet of law still applies. The Bundys graze their cattle on federal land and haven't paid grazing fees for over 20 years. The Bundy's claim that their water right gives them an exemption and free grazing on public land forever is a claim that rightly should be tested in federal court, and settle it one way or the other.

Another facet that has to be tested is the (apparent) fact that banks (Federally insured) have made loans based on grazing rights at a given point in time. Arbitrarily changing the rules midstream probably won't meet legal review, either without some sort of compensation. Becomes, at least in some minds, a "taking".

Pfft. That's chump change for the feds - a rounding error. It used to be millions, then it was billions. Now screw ups are measured in trillions. Good times!

The case was dismissed with prejudice. He can't be re-tried.

The feds screwed themselves by being dirty pieces of sh!t, when they could have just done a square job. This case reeks of the same kind of ridiculous sh!t displayed in Waco and Ruby Ridge. Just straight up sh!tty work that leads to a loss of respect for government agencies.

Do better next time or GTFO.

Like Dan said, another Waco and Ruby Ridge.

Truth is the Feds never intended this case to head to court. In Bunkerville they were hopping for a bloodbath and many dead patriots, unfortunately there were way too many "eyes" for them to be able to control the narrative in that way. They figured they had a second shot to get in done at Burns Oregon, they even totally sealed off the area and controlled movement but technology got in the way and again too many eyes for them to control the situation and narrative.

Everything the feds did was to provoke a "justified" mass murder incident, that's why they hid so much evidence because it showed their intentions.

Unfortunately I am 100% correct.

And Bundy does not owe the Feds any grazing money. He paid the county Government the grazing fees instead of the feds.

"And Bundy does not owe the Feds any grazing money. He paid the county Government the grazing fees instead of the feds."

Which makes total sense to the ignorant since the land is federal land, not county land. Any money Bundy gave to the County for grazing could be describes as a donation, since the County has zero authority to collect grazing fees for use of federal land.

Let's talk more about Trump and corruption.

Tell us about the Trump Tower Batumi deal, Rich. I'm sure breitbart and infowars have done stories on it, right? Stories on B.T.A. bank and the Silk Road Group had to have been on there, haven't they?

How about Deutsche Bank and his and Kushner's dealings with them? Anything on that?

Here are a couple notes from an article in The Atlantic - go ahead and discredit the source, it's all easily confirmed facts.

A major construction company owned by the Chinese government was hired to work on the latest Trump golf club development in Dubai,” the Sacramento Bee reports, “despite a pledge from Donald Trump that his family business would not engage in any transactions with foreign government entities while he serves as president.”

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price is flying on private jets at taxpayer expense. He spent $60,000 in a single week. His predecessors flew commercial.

As Trump and Chinese president Xi Jinping dined on Dover sole and New York strip steak earlier this month,” The Guardian reports, “thousands of miles away in China a government office quietly approved trademarks that could benefit the U.S. president’s family. On the day the president’s daughter Ivanka Trump met the Chinese leader, China granted preliminary approval for three new trademarks for her namesake brand, covering jewelry, bags, and spa service.”

Did we discuss Sessions investments in private prisons that go along with his anti-cannabis position? I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

He hasn't divested himself of his private holdings while in office, nor provided any tax return documents like he said he would. The fvcker lies every time he open his piehole.

Nope - no corruption here.

lol

Quit being a useful idiot. We had plenty of that sh!t going on when Obama was in office. Aren't you supposed to be "woke"? It doesn't do any good to have your eyes open if your head is buried in your ass.

The Government spent $250,000,000. to prosecute the Bundys. Was it worth it?

Don't ya imagine the DOJ, under Sessions, will waste that much money re-reinvestigating the Clintons?

How much is it going to cost the Government to investigate/prosecute Trump and his extended family?

So many questions; so few answers...yet!

Times ten zillions.

Every time you hear some alt right clown whining about socialism check how much they suck out of the government teat... it's always substantial.

They just don't like other socialism to compete with theirs.

Fish on...
