Hey dcrzfitter, Had Mon., Tue., Wed., off this week so I fished the Cowlitz, the Satsop and the Puyallup, each over the last few days with limited results. Lots of people at the Cowlitz at the Barrier Dam catching 4 to 5 Lbs. Silvers. Most throwing eggs or corkies. Hard to fish spinners when everyone else is throwing eggs or corkies. But I am sure it would work if you could get a cast across without snagging someone else's line. As for the Satsop, I worked extremely hard for two silvers in two days, while missing 3 or 4 other hits. The water is getting low now, it could be a tough bite until more rain comes, but you are right, it's hard to over look this river this time of year. Puyallup is DEAD NUT SLOW!!!!!! Good luck guys, go get em! Don't forget to have fun cuz that's what it's all about.
