If I am fishing from the shore at the hoh river using a kwickfish do I have to take off one of the trebles to make it legal?

You would not have to remove the other hook on the lower Hoh. The regulations on the upper river in the park are different, so get a copy from O.N.P. to find out what they are. Word to the wise always have a copy of the reg.s with you while your fishing so you can brush up on them before casting into unfamiliar waters.
