Flynn's a crook.

Flynn is not going to jail, currently he is in protective custody as a witness against the state. Soon enough he will be publicly exonerated. Flynn plead guilty to a crime he did not commit to make his interview discovery. Flynn tricked them.

Flynn isn't half as smart as he thinks he is, and will soon be a convict.
