The W.D.F.W. just decided to do the smart thing and changed the rule of keeping native steelhead on the snohomish, stilligamish, skagit and puallup. They did that because they are expecting a low return. I am glad that they are acting before the end of the season.

I think that that was very smart planning by the WDF&G. It is better to do this now then later. Let's keep the wild stock numbers up and ensure their return.
