We'll get back to normal when people feel normal - and that's not going to happen when 4k people are kicking it daily from this. It'll be an albatross around the neck of the economy. I think full recovery is going to take an antibody test and vaccine. Then the retards can go back to not taking the vaccine and the rest of us can get on with life.
