From the research I have reviewed, I have found nothing that has suggested people who have had covid-19 or even had the vaccine can be a vector for spreading the disease for others. There is a lifespan for many viruses that provides a shortened immunity once one recovers, similar with types of rhinoviruses/colds. We don't know yet if covid-19 is something that can be caught again after a certain amount of time or if the immunity is longer-term. I would be open to seeing any research that suggests otherwise, however to my knowledge there isn't any.
