I've been using crystal ivory for mainline since I figured out it was the same as UG. No problems! Still use UG for leader material though. As far as fluorocarbon lines are concerned, I don't like them as I have had some strange line failures, (line sepeating mid-float for no apparent reason) but I do use RIO Fluoroflex as my leader material for trout on the Kenai and have been happy with the results. Knots are tougher to tie fast though. I am interested in finding a hi-vis replacement for my kwikfish rods, any opinions?
