Dont feel like you have to be there bright and early to catch humpies. You could avaoid the morning rush at the ramp by getting there a bit later.
Mukilteo is the closest place, but it isnt too far of a run from the Everett Launch, which is $5.00
Be Ready to pony up the $10.00 !!!!!!!! That the city of Mukilteo wants to charge now for their POS launch.

Thanks Jeff. Think I'll stop by tomorrow and put the wife on a few before we head north!

I use the Shilshole launch just because it's closer to home. No more parking (less, actually) but convenient and no ferry rollers bashing you against the dock and other boats. Chip....I was in the islands over the weekend and fished the SW side of Henry Isl, just outside of Roche Harbor. Open Bay is the area and couldn't keep the humpies off my line. Trolling a small green hotspot and small pink hoochie 22in back. Got it down with a small deepsix 30 pulls. When the bite cooled, a splat of herring oil is all it took to heat back up. Great crabbing around Roche also. PM me for more, if you want it.

Launch at the port of everett and run south. On a fairly calm day you will be there in no time fishing with way less hasle. On a minus tide you probably wont be pulling your boat out of that junk heap ripofff of a launch at Mukilteo. Chrome
