Alaska Salmon, Halibut, Trout Fishing and More!Alaska's Kenai Peninsula is a truly unique sportsman's paradise! Nowhere else in Alaska, nor in the world can an angler find such a variety of quality fisheries in one small region. Whether you're looking for a chance at world-record class Kenai king salmon, monster halibut, a float trip for king salmon on the Kasilof River, trophy rainbow trout fishing, or something else entirely, odds are that it is available on the Peninsula. We are not a booking service nor a large-scale corporate lodge that relies upon the biggest head count possible. We are a family-run guide service that also serves as an outfitter by teaming up with some of the most respected guides across the Kenai Peninsula. Each of our guides specializes in a particular fishery and offers you an average of more than 20 years of guiding experience. While our operations are centered on the banks of the Kasilof River and the majority of our river fishing takes place there, we offer fishing trips on nearly all of the major Kenai Peninsula fisheries. You can choose from single trips or multi-day, customizable Alaska fishing packages with or without deluxe waterfront lodging. Our Alaska fishing season runs from mid-May through early September. |

ALASKA KING & SILVER SALMON FISHINGKing salmon fishing in most of the Kenai Peninsula's fisheries begins in early to mid-May and lasts through the July 31st closure date. Both the Kenai (offering a chance at record class kings to 100+ pounds) and Kasilof Rivers (float trips only, kings to 60+ pounds) host two distinct runs of king salmon. Beginning in early August, thousands of silver (coho) salmon return to both the Kenai and Kasilof entertaining anglers with their cart-wheeling antics. We offer our guests an exclusive method of fishing for silvers on the Kasilof (you may fish conventionally if you wish), visit the Kasilof silver fishing page for more info. Silver trips are also available on the Kenai. For more information on run timing for all salmon species, you can check our Alaska Fishing Schedule. ALASKA HALIBUT / LINGCOD / BOTTOMFISHDeep Creek / Ninilchik / Anchor Point halibut fishing begins in early May with combination king & halibut charters usually available through June 1 and then targeting halibut-only thereafter. Our Seward and Homer combination trips begin July 1 and run through the end of August and offer anglers chance to catch a variety of Alaskan species including: silver salmon, lingcod, yelloweye, halibut, and a variety of other rockfish. TROPHY TROUT / FLY-OUTS / RAZOR CLAMMING/ GLACIER CRUISES & MOREWant to fish with bears or fish for species that are unavailable in certain timeframes on either the Kenai or Kasilof? Try a Fly-out to the west side of Cook Inlet. Fly-outs for salmon begin in early June and run throughout the remainder of the summer. We also offer Upper Kenai River float trips for trophy trout with one of the few specially-permitted guides on these waters. These trips begin in mid-June and fishing gets better as the summer progresses. Looking for a twist in your Alaska fishing vacation? Add a Kenai Fjords glacier / wildlife cruise to your fishing package. Alaska's Kenai Peninsula is also home to one of the few concentrations of razor clams in the world! Try a clamming-only trip or make a full day of fishing into a fish / clam combo when space and tides allow. |

Contact Us for Help in Planning your Alaska Fishing Trip We want to make your Alaska fishing vacation the trip of a lifetime! You can contact Corey (affectionately known as Fishgal by many of our guests) in our offices via email or phone for any help you need in planning your stay. She grew up on the Kenai Peninsula and is extremely knowledgeable about the area's fisheries. Because we fish year-round, we don't have to pack every date in the summer and then spend the winters trying to do so by hopping from outdoor show to outdoor show. There are good times to come fishing and not so good times, we'll always give you the straight scoop and help you choose what trip types best suit your Alaskan fishing dream! Be sure to visit our 'Why Us?' page for more information. Let's go fishing! |
