Rising home prices is how the majority of Americans build wealth. But it's a catch-22. More jobs, more people, higher home prices, crowded rivers....... it's quite a balancing act to grow wealth without ruining everything.

Idaho, Montana and Wyoming are just now getting a taste of what the west coast states have been dealing with for decades.

There's no stopping it, I'm afraid. Pretty soon, all that will be left is to yell at clouds and tell kids to get off my lawn.


There's no balancing act...our economic system requires unlimited growth to sustain itself, and that comes with all you see around you.

The only balance is how far away from it you can move and still be able to get to your job if you haven't retired yet.

Many of those who are complaining have made their money off of that destruction of the environment, both living and natural...wtf did you think was happening the last 40 years here?
