the last time i was at Anthonys i noticed that too...they have "wild king salmon" on the menu, although im sure it is probably farmed atlantic and no one can tell the difference after cooking anyway, it did seem kinda odd...i wanted to ask the waitress if they could whip up some spotted owl cobbler for dessert
