Have you read "Grazing at the Public Trough?" Other than being political conservatives, these ranchers are the epitome of socialist leeches you generally despise.

Oh, and thanks for the idea about fly tying materials from the refuge, but it's the duck and upland bird hunters who typically account for the largest amount of usable feathers.
