in washington i dont think the commercials will be demanding more fish because they dont have to, the wdfw is doing it for them,

within esa take limits, doesnt that mean the same amount of esa listed fish will die ?, also, if people hate fishing behind gillnets how are they going to like fishing behind a method that take considerably more fish than they do now ?
