His post said he wanted to close down fishing on the wild fish. What organization does he belong too that wants, and has the ability to close down the entire west coast fishery in the ocean and the CR.

Face it, you aren't going to save the friggin wild fish unless you quit fishing as a whole....

Let's sit back and watch how fast the Skagit wild fish recover, until they back every user group off those fish you won't see much improvement....
