Interested to get your input on this... (concept of this was on Dave Ross's show today)..

Should a legally qualified medical marijuana patient, who is a business owner, taxpayer and upstanding citizen in every respect, be denied their right to own a firearm because they use what the Federal Gov't considers as an "illegal drug"?

Should the same apply to anyone using something really dangerous like Oxycontin (when taken by prescription)? Oxy is, no question, a far more dangerous substance...yet, I can take 2 and go buy a handgun...but...be an MMJ patient and you are denied your rights?

Not arguing...just honestly looking for your input as this is a "close to home" issue.
