Been celebrating the US Marine Corps birthday (Oooh Raah, Devil Dogs!) for about 30 years now. Every year, beyond the toasts to the Crotch, and other branches of our Armed Forces, we hoist a glass to the:

I'll always toast the office, but not always the person in it.
