the media is also lying, the people arrested litterally have the choice to have their kids removed... they can either be deported, or apply for amnesty, and if they do that, they remain in the custody of officials for more than 20 days, and therefore, the kids cannot stay with them....

simple fact of the matter, is that the US has never allowed children to live with parents while incarcerated, which would be incarcerating the children regardless.... people that cross that border illegally know what they are doing, they know exactly what will happen if they get caught, yet now theres an outrage?

is it fvcked up when someone robs a bank and their kids get taken from them because they go to prison? no, whats fvcked up is the parent that knew the consequences of their actions would lead to said disaster, and they put their children in that whole mess with their stupid decisions....
