with that said, when have we EVER allowed children to stay with parents while they are in custody? in prison, if a woman has a baby, they get to keep it for 1 year, and then it goes into the hands of DHS.... other than that, children have never been allowed to stay with their parents while incarcerated....

and alot of the children that people are seeing, are victims of sex/human traffic related crimes, who arent even with their parents to begin with....

not one child has been taken from their parents at a legal port of entry while applying for amnesty, the ones that try to sneak through, (usually trafficked, not always however) are the ones that are detained until deportation... that is a choice they made, they knew the consequences, yet still chose to do it (minus being forced)....

theres a reason they dont want to do it legally... theres also a reason they want to come here, and its not because of violence... its because of money, and it always has been....
