There is a difference between the moritorium and CNR as you should be able to see as there will be no CNR on the Sky and Stilly. It would not bother me a bit if there was a total closure to steelhead fishing after March 1st. But I think that it is important to have the opportunity to fish CNR if the stocks are strong enough to support the CNR mortality In the next couple of years you are going to see some far reaching changes in wild and hatchery fish management. The old days are gone!!!!
