Thios 2 year moritorium is NOT about catch and release. What it is about is that when WDFW determines seasons for fishing that ALL wild steelhead be released. If WDFW determines there won't be a CNR season(the Sky etc this year) the Wild Steelhead Coalition will support that decision. Do you get it yet?
