I've been arguing for years Congress needs to strap their boots on and stop letting the WH stomp all over them.

Congress owns the purse strings and POTUS can only spend what they allocate to him. US Gov 101. Even the most conservative judge on the payroll knows this is not constitutional.

That border security is the hill they decided to make their stand on is, well, fitting I suppose.

I've only got two questions...........

1) Which party will dig the bigger hole?

2) Once both parties are done digging will the country be able climb our way out?
